Use:
In food industry, tripotassium citrate is used as buffer, chelating agent, stabilizer, anti-oxidant, emulsifier, flavoring additive etc.
Packing & Storage:
Tripotassium Citrate should be packed in woven bag lined with PE film, net wt. per bag 25kg. Tripotassium Citrate should be stored in dry and draughty warehouse, protect against dampness, heating and toxic substances,handle with care, and avoid packing damage.
