Use:
In food industry, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate is used as buffer, chelating agent, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, flavoring additive etc.
Packing: In plastic woven bag lined with PE bag, net wt. 25kg/bag. Sodium Citrate Dihydrate should be stored in dry and draughty warehouse, protect against dampness, heating and toxic substances, handle with care, and avoid packing damage.
