China Chamber of Commerce for Importers and Exporters of National Medicines and Health Products statistics show that the first half of this year, China total amount of citric acid exports is 429 million dollars, an increase of 24.56%. Among those imported citric acid country, amount increasing up to 5 countries compared in turn are: Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Korea and Russia. 4 of these 5 countries are emerging market countries.
Which Brazil imports amount to 14.6417 million dollars, rose 90.33%; Mexico 21.2368 million dollars, up 85.02%; South Africa $ 8.7825 million an increase of 72.04%; Korea $ 10.76 million 68.99%; Russia $ 18.2452 million 67.13%.
