Ingredients:
1 lemon, 8 pieces of chicken wings, 3 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of honey, 10 spoons of spice oils, 1/3 spoon salt.
Preparation:
1. Thaw chicken wings, drain water after clean them. Draw a sword in the middle of wings so that can be more tasty.
2. Clean lemon, cut it into four flaps.
3. Heat the pot and put the oil and salt in. Insert the chopsticks into the oil. Put the chicken wings in until there's fine bubbles surround the chopsticks. Turn the fire small for 5minutes. Notice: Stood the wings up from time to time in case it could stuck to the pan.
4. Put half bowl of water and oyster oil into pan, cover fire cooked in the pan to boil for 5 minutes, until the sauce almost dry collection.
5. Open cover with 2 tablespoons honey mix, go braised 2 minutes to extinguish small fires, squeezing in lemon juice seasoning, out of the pot.
